LOL! Maybe in Japan? I stayed in a hotel there where the toilets had seat heaters, a bidet, a toilet shower (who knew this was different than a bidet?), of course, an air dryer for after using one of these, a white noise generator, and a radio. The control panel was to the side of the seat. I may have to try and dig up a picture of it....
