I was trash picking as I sometimes do when I saw these two speakers and an older JBL receiver. Hooked everything up, sounded like crap. Hooked speakers up to my receiver and the sound is clear and amazing. I guess you never know what you might find. Receiver was crap I bet they thought it was the speakers. One man's trash...
