suggestion required for surround sound home theater

hi all i have optoma projecto GT750E and i have attached my sony BDP-S780 3d player and xbox with it my main purpose is to play FPS games and watch movies in 3d and 2d now i would like to buy a surround sound system for my room but i have no idea which one should i buy can u guyz give me any suggestion my budget is $500 max should i buy the A/V receiver as well or should i only go for the speaker and woofers? i have no idea and have no knowledge about these things plz help thanx

right now i have these three choices but if u can give any other i would love to see that
1:Sony SA-VS310 5.1-Channel Speaker System

2:Onkyo - SKS-HT870 7.1-Channel Home Theater Speaker

3:Harman Kardon - HKTS-20BQ 5.1 Home Theater

$500 is not going to get you in world of Hi-Fi 5.1
You could get ether get receiver plus couple of decent speakers and save the money for the rest or if you really impatient and want to make your life a bit simpler - this kit would work fine for you for both HT and Games:
