Sprint ditches complaining customers

Hate to say it, but Sprint/Nextel gave me and my brother-in-law a total load of crud for the longest time whewn they started having horrible service in our area. They admitted they needed to expand the system here but were working on it... Bottom line is that if I wanted to accurately report service issues to them I woudl have had to call each day. multiple times. I wonder if this was simply groups of people who got fed up with their service and started calling each time they had issues and dropped calls.

I eventually had to contact their Press division to get our accounts terminated without incurring fees (even though we were both off contract and had been "drafted" back in without our knowledge).

I would never go back to Sprint/Nextel in this area.
