Brand new, unopened. Basically an Emotiva UMC-200 and UPA-700 in one 3U chassis. I bought two of these, hedging against Yamaha not replacing my AVR under warranty (which they ended up doing). I'm using the first and as good as this sounds, I need the iOS app of the Yamaha to run my second zone so I'm selling this.

    $500/shipped to lower 48.

    Five year, transferrable warranty.

    The Pro CaliberReceiver

Compare our receiver to the “best of the best.” Even 4-figure consumer-grade models aren’t built like this, with a rugged steel chassis and solid, extruded aluminum faceplate. The SR 8100 was designed for the rigors of rack mounting—even if you never put it in a rack, it’ll run cool and reliable, delivering exceptional performance for a long, long time.

    Today’s Connectivity—Solved

Four 3D-capable HDMI 1.4a inputs and one HDMI output with ARC and CEC, plus ample analog and digital inputs—including integrated Bluetooth audio—mean the SR-8100 is ready for the latest sources.

Power on Tap for Complex Soundtracks

Unlike most A/V receivers, we didn’t skimp on the power output or amplifier quality with the SR 8100. Our receiver power is stated with ALL channels driven, not just one or two. This is real power, combined with the same discrete design and audiophile-grade components found on our biggest models. All backed up by the power reserves of a high current, low noise toroidal power supply. It makes a real difference in clarity, resolution, and impact.

Easy, Instant Set-Up and Powerful Controls

Simply hook up your sources, run the Sherbourn automatic room correction system with the included microphone, and you’ll be ready to enjoy a great movie experience. Or, you can tweak each individual channel for precise control wit our powerful multi band parametric equalization system. And, if you’re interested in integrating with a whole-home control system, the SR 8100 provides the control ports you’ll need.
