GREETINGS!!!!
I was fortunate to acquire a fabulous tube/solid state amplifier Moscode 300 @ 150w per channel. But this sudden luck has given me a challenge that someone out there might be able to provide me suggestions.
1. I need a pre-amp - it seems that any pre-amp will do but as I researched equipment I discovered a lot of incredible details and mind-boggling stuff. Some say that a tube pre-amp will provide great details. They also say that a good A/V receiver with pre-out will do. I have a YAMAHA HTR 5150 which has a pre-out for the surround channels. Will that do?
2. Speakers - I am considering an upgrade and have my eyes on a pair of Paradigm Studio 20 V.2, Castle Richmond 3i, and Paradigm Monitor 9 V.2. Would anyone know which of these 3 would be ideal for my new amp?
