setting up in the basement.

So, I just purchased a new home that has a basement where I plan on putting my theatre. Its pretty plain down there so I plan on putting up some walls to help with the acoustics. The basement is all block and I want to put up a rear wall to keep it nice, quiet and tight. My question is, can someone point me in the right direction of how to properly build walls to make this sound the best? I need to work the ceiling as well. Any help would be appreciated.

Can I just build 4 walls with insulating material between them and the block and address the ceiling and that should suffice?
