Samsung 46A850 LCD picture settings

Just got this tv today. While a great picture out of the box, I know there are those of you who have mastered re-congifuring the settings to get the maximum viewing quality out of an HD tv. I would therefore like to ask for suggestions as to the best settings for regular tv and/or DVD's.

Recommended settings will not mean that much as most displays have drastic variance off the line, so copying others will not give the same results. Try searching this forum for calibration.
