Hi, first timers question here,

Getting a Behringer DEQ that has square SPDIF output (and XLR AES/EBU) and I want to send a digital signal to my outboard DAC that only has an RCA coaxial input. How to do?

Thanks for the help

I'll assume the 'square' digital out is optical (which has a square connector).

You can buy adapters that convert optical inputs to coax outputs.

You could also get a XLR-RCA adapter, that may be more cost effective. The Optical-coax converters I have seen are kind of expensive in B&B stores, though there is probably a better solution on an internet dealer somewhere.

XLR-RCA connectors that I've seen are about as expensive as they come...unless you know somewhere that has them cheap.

The most cost effective is 1/4" to RCA if it has a 1/4" connection like most other Behringer gear. They are around $4 ea.
