Found one of these over the weekend.
I didnt think I had any left but this one is in near perfect condition, cant find anything wrong with it
this is the bolt on faceplate for the front of a AV123 MFW-15 and will fit any of the MFW's so if you have a black one or any other version this will go right on.

I also found a few AV123 X-sub cabinets and a few UFW/ULW-10 cabinets, if your interested I can go dig them out and take pics.
