RF Remote Control Recommendations?

I don't want to spend a lot of money on an RF remote control for my new theater area, but wanted to get some feedback from forum members on my options.

I was looking at the URC -RFS200 as I want to keep the expenditure below $100 for remote and base station.

I've actually used that same setup and it works very well. RF is usually when remoting the gear to a closet or when you want to control sources in another room, which is what I used it for (whole house system with the gear in the attic).

Yes in my new basement finish I made a cabinet in the wall under the stairs (wasted space) and placed a cabinet door on it matching the finish of my bar cabinets. I placed all the AV equipment below the stairs and need a RF remote as an IR will not work.
