Recommendation for ceiling mounted rear speakers <$300

After doing a bunch of research I've decided to cap my HT rear channel budget to $300 for the pair. The will be about 8 feet from either side of the listening position, 4 feet above and 1 foot back. The room is 20' x 11'.

I was hoping for recommendations to look into for a budget of $300 that can be easily ceiling mounted. So far I am looking at the Ascend HTM 200 SE.

I like the Jamo IC 610 is an impressive built in speaker, you can find them in your budget but you have to look around..
