Recommend Headphones?

I'm an avid fan of VGMs. A friend of mine recommended that I posted on a ... err, "audiophile" forum for help. He tells me that I could probably purchase a better set of headphones for the current price range.

Initially, I chose the Razer Carcharias ... but now I'm not sure if I should go for it. My preferences would be:

1. Gaming oriented, decent with music listening
2. Has a microphone attached
3. $50-70 USD range (seems I can purchase a Razer Carcharias for about $65)

Thank you for taking your time to help me. ^^

Hmm ... I scanned over the Sound Blaster WoW headsets a few days ago, wasn't so sure about it. It has nice functions and aesthetics, but apparently has issues with customer service and microphone/software issues.

On the other hand, the Logitech Premium headsets seems pretty good for it's price. Albeit I'm not so sure about it being one of the best for it's price range (Logitech isn't a audio-dedicated company)

... but I'll consider these, still trying to figure out which pair of headsets to buy.

I'm not a fan of "gaming" headsets. Sure, the integrated mic is nice, but a clip on mic like the zalman zm-mic1 works just as well along with real headphones.

Here are some recommendations:
JVC HARX900 http://www.amazon.com/JVC-HARX900-High-Grade-Full-Size-Headphone/dp/B0013P3ZOE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1300214065&sr=8-2 ($60)

Audio Technica ATH-AD700 http://www.amazon.com/Technica-ATH-AD700-Open-air-Audiophile-Headphones/dp/B000CMS0XU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1300214183&sr=1-1 ($90, if you are willing to spend a little extra)
