I have a Pioneer DV57AVi "Universal" player which I have connected to my Denon 3805 for SACD playback using the "EXT IN" 6-channel analog input from the Pioneer's analog outputs . This player has a rather dubious bass management program which leaves me scratching my head about a few things. And since the Denon has no bass management for their EXT input, I have to use the circuits in the Pioneer for this function. One thing the Pioneer says nothing about is the crossover frequency they use in the player for dividing the bass frequencies which are sent to the "sub out" output. In other words, below what frequency in the audio outputs is sent to the sub? If anyone can shed some light on this, it would be most helpful. Thanks!
