Kia and Nissan are among the worst offenders including Ford, Volkswagen and Toyota:
The worst offender is Nissan who admitted to collecting privacy data. Hyundai/Kia admitted they COULD collect and pass the info to law enforcement.
I personally trust Telsa the least, as they have (public knowledge) always connected data links from cars to Tesla. Only a few people in Tesla and God know what they collect, for how long, and what they do with it.

Also, if your car brand isn't mentioned in the article, it doesn't mean you're safe:
