hi folks.. I've connected my Polk PSW404 Sub to my Onkyo TX-SR602 amp and I'm not getting anything out on the sub. Two floorstanding Polk RTi10's are connected and work fine, as well as other components connected to the amp. I've connected the sub to the Subwoofer Pre-Out jack on the amp and into the Line In Filtered jack on the sub via RCA cable, as instructed by the manuals. I've also tried the right jack and the unfiltered jack, but no difference. I do get a slight humming noise when I plug the jack into the sub, but nothing after that. The Auto On detection light on the back of the sub stays Red, never going to Green (unless I switch it manually to On), so this is telling me it is connected but not receiving a signal.

Any suggestions? Is there a setting on the amp I'm missing? I'm really at a loss for what to try.
