Please help -- B&W 804 vs Axiom M80s

I'm almost set on getting the Axiom M80s but a local dealer has the B&W 804 on sale for just over 2X the price of the M80s. I've heard that the M80s sound similar to the 700's series but how are they compared to the 804? Is the sound difference (if any) worth the 2X the price difference? Thanks.

Well, if you can float the cash, why not order the M80s and try them out? Also, a good local dealer should be able to arrange for you to borrow a pair of speakers. If you can do this, you can compare the two speakers side by side in your own room, which will truly give you the best comparison.
