Paradigm VS M&K

I am torn between at 5.1 surround system consisting of Paradigm Monitor Series (Mini Monitors, ADP-370, CC-370 + 2100 sub) or a M&K THX system w/Dipoles. Any thoughts or suggestions on either of these?

If you're not married to di/bi-pole surrounds check out Ascend Acoustics which is owned and operated by a former M&K engineer/designer.

Between M&K and the Paradigm Mini-monitors I'll take M&K.
