Outlaw LFM-1 versus SVS PB1-ISD subwoofers

I am looking for a replacement for my Cambridge Soundworks subwoofer. I have been reading reviews on these two units. I have little experience with either of these companies but the reviews have been good. Does anybody have any advise? Can you give me other recommendations in the $600 range?

I just wish the review would have had some measured spl numbers for each sub under test, how loud at certain frequencies.
