New Turntable Advice

Hi everyone,

My Sony LX300USB turntable is playing quite fast, so rather than fix it, I've decided its time for a new one. I can't spend much (tops 150-200), but was hoping for a small upgraqde at least.

New, I'm looking at a new Audio-Techinca AT-LP60USB which I've read good things about. Anty thoughts? That is $150.

Used, I've been finding lots in my area around the $50 range. If they are good turntables, great, but if not, then I do not want to waste my money. Are any of these models worth considering (all $50-$100)?

Technics SL-200
Sony PS-22
Dual 1225
Pioneer-PL200
Pioneer-PL300
Stanton STR830B

Like I said, looking for an upgrade from the Sony LX300USB.

Any input appreciated!

P.S. Should I aim for a direct-drive or belt-drive turntable. or is it not a huge deal?
