This driver is rated for a maximum power of 250 watts.
You can see from the file of the model, that at 250 watts drive the output starts to level off at 111db. However cone excursion is well within limits and even below 20 Hz no only is xmech not exceeded but nor is linear travel xmax, so the driver is safe.
So this sub would deliver its maximum output with a drive of 250 watts. So this is a small potent sub.
