Is there such a thing yet? I would like to keep my movies and music on a hard drive. I am wondering if there is a way to interface that media through a reciever? It would need a NIC card and I don't remember seeing one on the back of a reciever before.

I use my onkyo txnr900 to play music off my computer via cat 5 interface on the receiver with the onkyo remote and the software they provide via download called nettune it is pretty cool. but not hi res like dts or sacd. still if I want to play around with my music library i can do so from my recliner.

Onkyo is the only one that I've seen that offers this, and that would be the top 3 models - the 800/801, 900/901 and the new TX-NR1000 ($4K). There are a number of options for wirelessly connecting for audio via analog or digital to any receiver, though I'm not sure how many of them are video capable.
