I have a set up in my theater room where I have a 80 inch sharp q+ tv, denon reciver (4k capable), and a 7.2 system.

two subs, the main one is 12 inch klipsch.

the speakers are klipsch quintet

basically looking to change out the 5 speakers (fronts, center, surround ) the back two are in the ceiling already

so the 5 klipsch i want to upgrade but my wife wants nice looking ones...i could cut out holes and put in in wall but would prefer to hang 5 of them. thoughts?

looking at theses but don't know anything about them

love the thin look while being able to hang them, but again open to suggestions and need some help.

I would not go with anything by DefTek simply since they are being intentionally misleading with their specs on all products.

Since you prefer On-Wall speaker - I would recommend these two - I'll let you judge the looks as it is in the eye of the beholder.
Revel C10/ and M8/M10
and these:

I will guarantee you - all of these will sound superior to DefTeks

The reason i prefer on wall is I don't feel like cutting out holes in the wall and studs and blah blah...this is not a permanent home for me and I don't want to do all that work for a place i am leaving in a few years.
