need help finding desktop speakers for $70-$80

i want speakers that sound good and have decent bass. they can be 5.1 speakers or 2.1.

looking to spend $70-$80

i really like the how the klipsch promedia 2.1 sounds, but they are out of my price range so any recommendations will be great thanks

$70-80 for desktop sound? If you want anything half decent you could only get really is 2.0 at best
I have Behringer MS16 for work background music and they are ok, not great but more than ok. they are cheap too - Behringer MS16 2-Way Active Nearfield Monitors (Pair) MS16 B&H
Going a bit over your budget there are these :
Numark NPM5 Active Stereo Speaker System (Pair) NPM5 B&H Photo
and
M-Audio AV 30 Active 2-Way Desktop Monitor Speakers

Out of these 3 options I think I'd pick the Numark for largest woofer out of the 3 - aka probably best bass and great reviews
