If you mean the end of the wires that attaches to the voice coil under the woofer cone, you're probably out of luck. See if you can get the factory to make the repair or find a good speaker repair shop that can handle the repairs properly. They wil most likely need to remove the entire cone and voice coil assembly to install new leads and glue them to the cone.
