Two months ago, I would be with you 100%, But now I would be inclined to go with the new Pioneer speakers over the infinities.
SP-FS52 is floorstander at $139/ea. retail, but seem to be steady at $100/ea. (so far)
SP-BS22LR is bookshelf at $139/pr. retail, but seem to be steady at $100/pr. (so far)
