let me start off by saying I know absolutely nothing about home audio. I'm building a new home and have a option to wire the house for a home Audio system. I want to install around 10 speakers in 4-6 zones. What will I need to tie all this in. I have a older Yamaha receiver. Do I need a multi zone amplifier or speaker selector? Also do I have a volume control knob wired in each zone or can I have them all wired to the receiver/Amplifier and control it all from central location via iPhone?. I don't want to spend a ton of money but want to take advantage of this while building a home.
