Hi Justin, this reply may be a little late, 5 years in fact, lolol, but those 8" drivers are the identical construction, stamping, materials, manufacturer's marks, down to the same red printed numbers and their layout that are in my Fried G2 speakers. Mine don't use 8", they use 6.5" and 10". If you don't know the name of Irving "Bud" Fried, that's unfortunate, but those are great drivers you've got if he relied on them, and he did, and for that price, I will still buy them from you years later, even though I can never use them.
