Planning to install CAT 6 to stream video and use to connect to internet. Should I need only one Cat6 port on the wall and that will connect to a Gigabit ethernet switch and use 2 ethernet port of the switch to connect to a HDMI splitter that has two ethernet port input and one HDMI output and use another Gigabit port on the switch to connect to the internet. Or should I need three cat6 point on the wall to connect 2 port to the HDMI splitter and third port to connect to the internet? The other end of the cat6 will connect to the router in the network room. Appreciate your time and help on this. Thanks.
