I have seen occasional deals in Zeller and Walmart such as C$149.99 for the Samsung BD-P1500 and C$99.99 for the Sony BDP-BX1, now I am seeing the LG BD300 for C$149.99 at Best Buy. There is also an Isignia going for US$129.99.

There have been some units at a low price for a while, but I agree, there are a wider selection of them on the market now. That bodes well for the holidays this year...
