Does Anyone Recognize This Brand?

I'm going through all of my extra cabling and found a pair of RCA's that I don't even remember buying. There are no markings or anything on them aside from the color of the cord itself.

Like I said, I don't remember buying them. Could have been given to me. I'm just curious what they are.

Looks like a third of some component video cable I had a while back. That was run of the mill Philips or RCA branded stuff.
