do all, all in 1 home theatre systems come with speaker wire?

Maybe Bose but I don't think any others do.

Some of them do, but it will be the smallest, cheapest wire possible and it will not be long enough for the typical setup.

I have yet to see a set without speaker wire in it. But as J said, typically it's 20-24 AWG wire which is just asking for issues.
