Depends on what you wanna do with it. If you're wanting to use it to use the on-screen guide or play videos from it on your TV (why?!?) then it would probably be pretty good.
If you just want to hit play and listen to your music, you'd probably be as well off getting either a cheaper dock or just a minijack to RCA splitter cable and save the $100.
