I have a Denon AVR-1613 as my backup/spare AVR. It is my spare because the network card has crapped out. I have since upgraded to a newer model Denon AVR. Anyway, my question is this, is it possible to replace the network card myself here at home? I know I can get the card online and I have the manual/schematic already. I just dont want to spend the time and money if is not actually possible to replace.

Of course it’s possible to replace the card, otherwise they wouldn’t even sell it. The question is whether or not you have the skills to do it yourself. If you can find a picture of the card, you might open up the receiver and find it. From there you should be able to judge whether or not it’s something you can do.
