Alright I need to make a decision fast.
I have a 26 by 24 room that I can do whatever I want with, its currently being framed.
I have a budget of 8500 or so for a projector and screen or TV (this is somewhat flexibile)
I can control the lighting really well in the room if I choose (directional dimmable LED can lights basically)
I'm debating between going 2 different directions:
1: 90 inch LCD that are dropping in price. Who cares about light control etc easy to do and deal with.
2A: Projector setup with a black diamond 115 in screen and random projector (open to ideas). I can have some light and still have a good picture. But screen isn't that much bigger than a 90 inch LCD.
2B: Go with a different projector and gigantic screen? How big? Which projector? No clue on what directions go with here.
I have 9 foot ceilings so not sure how big I could feasibly go? Is 130+ easily doable? Completely open to suggestions.
