connecting Denon 1911 to Emotiva Sub 10

I am trying to connect Denon 1911 and emotiva sub 10 they are less than 6ft apart and which connection should I be using
(denon 1911 only has a RCA female pre-amp output)

- balanced XLR male - RCA male cable or

- unbalanced single RCA male to two rca male connection ?

I am sorry but my emotiva subwoofer http://emotiva.com/ultra_sub10.shtm
does not have a single RCA connection like others it has either a single XLR or a two (white and red) RCA inputs.
So I assume I would need a Y spliter connecting my single RCA output from my receiver to the two connections on my subwoofer or the other option is single RCA on my receiver to Single XLR on my subwoofer using the cable like this.

ah! I see! so I just connect my RCA output from my receiver to either the white or red rca on my subwoofer! It does not have to be a Y Split!

RCA/Unbalanced Inputs Input for an RCA/Unbalanced connections. Connects to your preamplifier or processor subwoofer output with an RCA/Unbalanced cable. Both are mono inputs and can be used singly with a preamplifier/processor that has a single RCA subwoofer output, or can be used together as a summed input with preamplifiers/processors that have dual or left and right subwoofer outputs.
