Well, that depends on what kind of outputs your DVD player has and what kind of inputs your computer speakers have. If your speakers have digital inputs (coaxial or optical), then it'll be really easy. If they only have analog, then things might get complicated. Also, the digital solution also assumes that your DVD player offers a digital audio output, although I have yet to see one that doesn't.
