Component Compatability

I have recently moved overseas and am looking to cobble together a 5.1 system from the components available, or those begged, borrowed, or stolen (well, ok, not stolen).

The proposed system includes an international version Yamaha Rx-v375 receiver, Jamo C603 bookshelf Fronts, Jamo C10 CEN, a Jamo sub260 and Audio engine P4's for surrounds.

I am not so concerned with optimal sound for this system I just want to make sure there is no conflict which will damage components. I have seen the P4's listed as 8ohm or 4ohm in different places, sub may be underpowered etc. As I will be staying in an apartment volume levels particularly on the sub are generally kept relatively low.

Any advice would be very welcome.

I don't think it will be a problem.
#1: Surrounds don't get a high sustained signal
#2: You say relatively low volume levels
#3: The Yamaha is not particularly strong anyway

I believe you can hook all that up and enjoy. No worries.

I appreciate the the quick reply. Is there anything I should look out for that could damage the receiver?
