All are bookshelves and are very highly rated.Which of these is the winner here?????

If I had that choice, I would go with the Behringers. Something else to consider in that price range is Infinity Primus P162 bookshelf speakers. If you look, you can find them for under $90 per speaker.

^+1 The 2030s are a great value, their only downside is no WAF minus the grills

the matching center is the same speaker, as most centers are not matching In the end its up to your ears but the 2030 is a very neutral speaker with good off axis response
