I had ordereda subwoofer cable and a digital coaxial cable from Cobalt Cables not long ago and then upgraded to an analog, stereo integrated amp. Both cables were returned (Cobalt has a 90 return policy, they pay all shipping!). Unfortunately, the cable has been misplaced in shipping and we are in the process of locating it. Cobalt Cable is being very attentive and respond to my emails and requests the same day i send them. They are actually helping me deal with the shipping service in finding the cables that I am sending back to them for a refund!
Great service thus far. Will shop from them in the future.
