Classes on room acoustics & setup?

I need a minimum of 24 hours of training in order to meet my "Professional Development Hours" (PDH - same thing as CEU's that many other professions require) requirement to maintain my PE license. I'm wondering if anyone has some good ideas of course work that will feed my audio addiction while satisfying my professional requirements.
