Central speaker for home theater: help! URGENT!

Hello, I'm sorry for the urgency, but it is true. I am going to buy one of the two center speakers for my TV. I already have two Bose side satellites, two rear speakers and a powered subwoofer. No high-level but I'm happy. The two that I just mentioned are:

Go with the JBL, the driver arrangement is a bit better.

The Tweeter and mid are not in a direct horizontal plane with the woofers. From the few tests I have seen, this tends toward a better off-axis response than having every driver on the same horizontal plane, where the off-axis response can be very bad.

Yes, that speaker can be easily used with the TX-NR545.

As for the different prices for that speaker, they are being sold by different vendors, and the vendors can charge whatever they want for those speakers. They are the same speaker, just a different finish.
