Capacitance # High Frequency roll off

Is there a Capacitance number that starts high frequency roll off? I'm curious because I have seen some numbers for some pretty high priced interconnects that has capacitance of 76 pf/ft and some "budget" interconnect that has a capacitance of 17 pf/ft. Seems to me the "budget" wire has a better chance of sounding good than the high priced wire.

The ideal cable would have zeros in all the RLC attributes. I think the goal of the cable to pass the signals with as little resistance and reactance as possible. So the lower the capacitance, inductance and resistance values, the better.
