Calibration software for free

Hey guys

I have been playing around with a calibration software that works great and best of all it's free. Combined with a colorimeter and a DVD with test patterns this is a great alternative to getting an ISF calibration for us on a budget. The software can be used with several low cost meters like the spyder. I used the Monaco Optix XR meter by X-Rite. Check out the results of my panny projector after the calibration.

To be honest, I don't know if this projector could get any better than this.

Screen shots don't really do any display justice but take a peek anyway. http://homepage.mac.com/jeffrey8mm/screenshots/screenshots.html

The software is free, but yes you do need a meter. Considering the cost to get an ISF calibration it is a heck of a deal. I paid 120.00 for my DTP-94 meter and you can get a spyder meter for less than that.
