I have lived life with a Yamaha RXV-2700 receiver driving the B&W speaker set of 704s for fronts, HTM7 Center, and DS7 surrounds for about 8 years now.
I just acquired a Naim Nait 5si and used the pre-outs from the Yamaha to get a dedicated path for music.
My subwoofer ASW750 just upped and died for the second time in one year. It is 8 years old, and the manual also says that it is not suitable for connecting to an Integrated Amp.
Given this, I am contemplating a new/used subwoofer that does not break the bank, and can be connected to serve both home theater and music purposes.
Any suggestions?
