AVR recommendation question

I am setting up a new home theater system and would like some recommendations on what AVR to purchase. I would like to spend no more than $400 on the AVR and I am willing to purchase a refurbished unit as long as it has a warranty. I will probably pair the receiver with the Pioneer Andrew Jones FS-52's and the Andrew Jones center speaker, but have not decided on sub or rear surrounds yet. System will start off as a 5.1 system, but wiring is in place for 7.1 so I want to keep that option open for the future without having to purchase another AVR to upgrade. The room size is approximately 15' x 24', but opens up to another area. However the two rooms are broken up by a basement soffit so the 15' x 24' area is more like a tunnel and is where the theater is located.

Main listening will be movies and tv (sports) with occasional internet radio / pandora / etc.

The AVR's I am looking at currently are:

Yamaha rx-v673
Denon 1913
Denon E300/400 Would have to go refurbished on the 400.
Denon 2112
Denon 2113

The Yamaha seems to offer a lot of bang for the buck.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

I'm an Audyssey guy so would have to go with a Denon. I believe the 2112 and 2113 use MultEQ XT which is great.

Thanks all:

Narrowed to the following:

Refurbished
Denon 1713
Denon 2113

New
Yamaha 673

Any recommendations between these 3 would be much appreciated.
