I recently ordered a "special/custom" XLR-RCA cable from Blue Jeans Cable.
Before proceeding, the BJC tech informed me that since this was a special order, it would not qualify for the 30-day return policy.
I said Okay, and the order was made.
Well, I got the cable, but for some weird reason, it did not work.
So I called BJC and told them and asked if I could return for a refund since it did not work -even though it was a special order.
They said YES, Absolutely since it did not work!
Another example of great service @ BJC.
