I'm finally getting my basement project close to being finished. The walls are done, & the carpeting is complete. Now there's a little more work before I can enjoy the Home Theater system down there. My concern is when I clap my hands I can hear one of the support poles ringing, I've attached a picture of the pole. The chair I will be using will be on the LH side of the pole in the picture, & there will be a couch right behind the pole. It's too bad there's no way to access the center of the pole to insert some damping material except for drilling a hole into it. I was hoping that maybe 1 or more other members on this forum might be able to suggest something I could use. Thanks in advance.
