3LCD Group Unveiled at CES

The 3LCD Group was unveiled at the recent International Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2005 held in Las Vegas. We stopped by tghe 3LCD booth and were treated to some of the upcoming technologies, such as 1080p LCD projection systems and the newest batch of rear projection LCD televisions.</FONT></P>

The 60" and 70" Sony's look like junk, i went back to the 3lcd site just to make sure that theses were 3lcd. classic sony lcd screen door look
maybe i'm just to hard on tv's. i compare everything to my 4 year old (properly calibrated) 61" crt rptv

Don't forget that DLP is rolling out new 1080p XHD3 chipsets. I would be interesting to see them side by side.

Clint, did anyone get to see the DLP vs 3 panel LCD? There is still the burn-in issue with the new generation of LCD aren't there?

I take it back! My friend just bought the 60" sony and had me come over to help set it up. Once everything was set right it had a really good picture. I guess it was CC's bad setup of a good TV that gave me my first impression
