Dubbing

Hello Everyone.. A Little help from the experts will be really good...
I have a few movies wich have been dubbed in another language. but English is still running in the background.. does anyone know how i could remove the dubbed language from the movie so i can listen to the English well... Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
They are all vcd movies.
If you know any software wich would do it then please mention that as well.

If the film offers option of dual tracks & then you can switch between them otherwise there is no software which can mute dubbed track & allow only preview of English track.
